- All medication top-up requests require vet review and approval before the order can be processed. This is in accordance with Singapore government regulations.
- We will do our best to process your request as soon as possible, but it may take 3-5 working days. If you do not hear from us after this period, please check with us via Whatsapp at +65 85099163.
- Kindly note that certain medications/prescription diets are not routinely stocked and require special ordering, which may require more time (1-3 weeks) and upfront payment. We recommend requesting a top-up in advance to avoid running out.

- Saturday - Sunday: 10.00am - 12.30pm, 2.00pm - 4.30pm
- Closed on Public Holidays
NOT applicable to prescription diet (food) and medication that require refrigeration

- Delivery time: 5-7 working days
- If your pet's medication is urgent, please select clinic pick-up instead.
